About the Role:

As a Marketo Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying marketing campaign solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, map customer data, integrate platforms, and create high-quality marketing assets like landing pages and templates. You’ll also be a key contributor to enhancing LTIMindtree’s marketing capabilities and ensuring best practices in campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison during technology implementations, ensuring clarity of requirements.
  • Design campaign workflows, map customer data, and develop solutions for multichannel marketing programs.
  • Build and enhance marketing capabilities with an understanding of ROI measurements.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, including online-offline channel integration and mobile channel data management.
  • Create responsive landing pages and email templates.
  • Manage integrations of Salesforce, websites, MDM, and other third-party tools with Marketo.
  • Work with REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
  • Perform testing and ensure the quality of new and updated capabilities before release.
  • Independently deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Work with tools like Litmus for email testing and optimization.

Marketo, HTML, CSS, Velocity Scripting, Basic SQL, REST API, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Responsive Web Design, SOAP API, Salesforce Integration, MDM Integration, Litmus

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Marketo lead management and customer data handling.
  • Strong understanding of marketing promotions processes and marketing cloud data architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and responsive design frameworks.
  • Experience in integrating Marketo with Salesforce, websites, and other tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Ability to work independently and provide best practice solutions to clients.
  • Adequate knowledge of marketing technology architecture, configuration, and scalability.
  • Good communication skills to gather requirements effectively.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with proposal preparation, architecture recommendations, and system sizing.
  • Exposure to other campaign management products.
  • Advanced digital marketing skills.
  • Administration and installation expertise in marketing technologies.
